Bills QB Doug Flutie took advantage, running a bootleg left for five yards and the game-clinching first down. Bills LB John Holecek. The fourth-year veteran out of Illinois had a huge impact, sacking Marino and forcing a second-quarter fumble that Gabe Northern returned 59 yards for a TD, then picking off Marino halfway through the fourth quarter and returning the ball 35 yards, setting up the Bills' third field goal. Bills (3-1) vs. Steelers (2-2).

Raiders K Michael Husted came up short on a 61-yard field-goal attempt with four seconds remaining. Oakland had driven 44 yards in the final 45 seconds to give Husted a chance to win it. Seahawks P Jeff Feagles and K Todd Peterson. Feagles' 55-yard punt pinned the Raiders deep in their own territory in the final minute. Peterson made three field goals, including a 45-yarder that won the game. Seahawks (3-1) bye.

Broncos RB Terrell Davis went down with a right knee injury late in the first quarter. Without the NFL's MVP, Denver was forced to rely even more heavily on its passing game, and Broncos QBs Brian Griese and Bubby Brister combined for five interceptions. The Jets' secondary. Nickel CB Marcus Coleman and S Victor Green both made two interceptions. Jets CB Aaron Glenn added another pick, and New York S Steve Atwater had seven tackles in his return to Mile High Stadium. The Bucs failed to capitalize on two drives deep into Vikings territory in the final two minutes. The first ended when Trent Dilfer's fourth-down pass was picked off by Corey Miller at the Vikings' 10. The second ended when Dilfer's end-zone pass was broken up by Robert Griffith as time expired. Vikings WR Randy Moss. The explosive receiver broke out of his sophomore slump in a big way. After complaining about the way he was being used in Ray Sherman's offense, Moss opened the game with TD catches of 61 and 27 yards. He finished with four catches for 120 yards. Dallas' pride was wounded in that NFC wild-card loss to Arizona on Jan. 2. The Cowboys, who spent the offseason dwelling on that game, were eager to prove they weren't finished. They established that quickly Sunday, jumping to a 21-0 lead early in the second quarter. Cowboys WR Raghib Ismail. The Cowboys offense is running on Rocket fuel, with Ismail providing a much-needed deep threat. Ismail's 63-yard TD catch set an early tone, and the free-agent acquisition finished with four catches for 101 yards. Cowboys (3-0) at Eagles (0-4).

Cardinals (1-3) vs. Giants (2-2).

The Jaguars defense stopped the Steelers on two fourth-and-short plays in the second half, ending two drives when Pittsburgh trailed only 10-3. Jacksonville's defense then put the game away by sacking Kordell Stewart twice in the end zone for two late safeties. Jaguars DE Tony Brackens. In a dominating defensive performance, Brackens was the most dominant defender on the field. The third-year pro collected 10 tackles and 2½ sacks. He was also a big reason why the Jags held the Steelers to 216 total yards. Jaguars (3-1) at Jets (1-3).

Niners 24, Titans 22

Niners LB Lee Woodall burst through the line and stuffed Titans RB Eddie George, preventing a two-point conversion that could have tied the score for Tennessee. Niners QB Jeff Garcia. Continuing the Niners' tradition of winning with backup QBs, Garcia filled in for Steve Young, threw for two TDs and ran for another. 49ers (3-1) at Rams (3-0).

Redskins K Brett Conway booted a 31-yard field goal with six seconds left, completing a 13-play, 69-yard drive. The Redskins began the final drive with only 4:19 remaining. Redskins QB Brad Johnson, whose four touchdown passes helped overcome an early 21-0 deficit. He finished 20-for-33 for 337 yards, inlcuding 53 yards on the game-winning drive. Redskins (3-1) bye.

Rams WR Az-Zahir Hakim returned a punt 84 yards for a TD early in the third quarter to make it 28-3 after the Bengals went three-and-out on their first possession of the second half. Hakim. The 22-year-old receiver scored four TDs, tying a club record. All three of his receptions were touchdowns, including a 51-yarder. His punt return was icing on the cake. Rams (3-0) vs. 49ers (3-1).

Bears WR Curtis Conway caught a 6-yard touchdown pass with seven seconds to play. Conway's score -- his second in a span of 1:41 -- capped a 67-yard drive in the game's final minute. Conway. Not only did he score both Chicago touchdowns, he also had more than 100 yards receiving. Five of his eight catches and 80 of his 103 yards came on the final two drives. Bears (2-2) at Vikings (2-2).

The Chiefs, with no timeouts left, were driving into Chargers territory with 10 seconds left in the game. Chiefs QB Elvis Grbac inexplicably threw a pass down the middle to TE Tony Gonzalez at the 32-yard line. The clock expired before K.C. could run another play. Chargers CB Darryll Lewis, subbing for the injured Terrance Shaw, picked off Grbac twice and made six solo tackles. The two interceptions helped the Chargers win a game in which they were outgained 314-132 by the Chiefs. Chargers (2-1) at Lions (2-1).

Giants 16, Eagles 15

Eagles LB James Darling was called for a facemask penalty that gave the Giants a free first down in the final two minutes. That forced the Eagles to burn all of their timeouts, and New York didn't have to give up the ball. Giants K Brad Daluiso. On a day when everyone else was sloppy, Daluiso was perfect. He kicked field goals from 35, 25 and 23 yards for the Giants' final three scores. Giants (2-2) at Cardinals (1-3).

Ravens QB Stoney Case threw a 54-yard TD pass to Justin Armour 2:29 into overtime. Ravens MLB Ray Lewis, who had 12 tackles, 10 solo, and drove Falcons QB Tony Graziani from the game with a concussion-inducing hit in the second quarter. Ravens (2-2) at Titans (3-1).

Patriots WR Terry Glenn caught a 54-yard TD pass from Drew Bledsoe on the first play of the fourth quarter, giving New England a 12-point edge. Glenn, who overcame two first-half fumbles to record a team-record 13 catches for 214 yards and a score. Patriots (4-0) at Chiefs (2-2).
