The Dolphins left 36 seconds on the clock after kicking a field goal to tie it at 34-34. Peyton Manning marched the Colts 33 yards in four plays, and Mike Vanderjagt nailed a 53-yard, game-winning field goal as time expired to give Indy a two-game lead in the AFC East. Colts RB Edgerrin James and Manning. James dominated the first half by rushing for 124 of his 130 yards and two TDs. When Miami took away James in the second half, Manning and the Colts WRs responded with big plays after every Dolphins' score. Colts (10-2) vs. Patriots (7-5).

Rams rookie CB Dré Bly returned an interception 56 yards for a touchdown to give St. Louis a 10-point lead with 9:48 remaining. The Rams tacked on a field goal and cruised to their first NFC West title since 1985. Rams QB Kurt Warner. Solidifying his status as a leading MVP candidate, Warner threw three more TD passes to raise his season total to 32 and set a new team record. Warner completed 22 of 31 passes for 351 yards. Rams (10-2) at Saints (2-10).

The Lions scored 10 points in a span of 14 seconds in the fourth quarter to break open a 23-17 lead. After Jason Hanson's field goal gave Detroit a nine-point advantage, Luther Ellis returned Brad Johnson's fumble 11 yards for a touchdown to ice it. Lions QB Gus Frerotte. Feeling something to prove against the team that released him, Frerotte completed 21 of 32 passes for 280 yards and a touchdown. We're also tossing a ball to the Lions defense, which shutout the 'Skins over the final 27 minutes. Lions (8-4) at Bucs (8-4).

Ravens QB Tony Banks hit Jermaine Lewis for a 39-yard touchdown pass to make it 34-14 with 6:02 remaining. In scoring on its second straight possession, Baltimore capped a four-play, 53-yard drive. Banks. Baltimore's QB completed 18 of 31 passes for 332 yards and four TDs. Banks set the tone with a 76-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and also had scoring tosses of 6, 1 and 39 yards. Ravens (5-7) at Steelers (5-7).

With the Seahawks driving toward a potential go-ahead touchdown, Raiders S Anthony Newman stepped in front of Joey Galloway, who was streaking toward the end zone, and picked off Jon Kitna's pass at the Raiders' 4-yard line with 5:55 remaining. Raiders QB Rich Gannon. Playing with a broken wrist and strained thigh, Gannon just kept making plays for the Oakland offense. He hit 19 of 24 passes for 253 yards and two TDs, while constantly escaping Seattle's pass rush. Raiders (6-6) at Titans (9-3).

Broncos QB Brian Griese had his fourth-down pass sail over Ed McCaffrey's head, ending Denver's final drive at the Broncos' 46 with 2:12 remaining. Kansas City's Tamarick Vanover returned seven punts for 131 yards, including an 80-yard return for a touchdown with 4:53 left that won it for the Chiefs. Chiefs (7-5) vs. Vikings (7-5).

Cardinals QB Jake Plummer scored on a one-yard keeper with 57 seconds remaining, capping Arizona's rally from a 17-7 deficit in the final five minutes. Plummer, ineffective all day, caught fire late, completing 12 of 17 passes for 126 yards and a touchdown in the fourth quarter before scoring the game-winner. Cardinals (6-6) at Redskins (7-5).

The Packers rookie carried 19 times for 113 yards and two fourth-quarter touchdowns. His TD runs of 12 and 21 yards sealed the victory for Green Bay. Packers (7-5) vs. Panthers (5-7).

An earlier unnecessary-roughness penalty on G Jeremy Newberry was another setback. Bengals QB Jeff Blake. Blake's best effort of the season sparked his team's best offensive output in 10 years. He completed 21 of 30 passes for 334 yards. Blake also had four touchdown passes from distances of 11, 58, 12 and 13 yards. Bengals (3-10) vs. Browns (2-11).

Playing for a defense depleted by injuries, Johnson had a career-high three sacks. He dropped Couch for a total loss of 21 yards and also forced a fumble that Couch recovered. Falcons CB Ray Buchanan intercepted Danny Wuerffel twice, returning the second 52 yards for a TD. Buchanan also made six tackles, five solo, and broke up three passes. Falcons (3-9) at 49ers (3-9).

Steelers QB Mike Tomczak failed to convert a fourth-and-14 with 4:15 remaining. Tomczak had driven the Steelers 65 yards in seven plays before the drive fizzled out with a sack and three incomplete passes. Jaguars RB James Stewart. With a career-high 145 yards rushing on 30 carries, Stewart went over 800 yards for the first time in his five-year career. He also had a one-yard TD to close out the scoring. Jaguars (11-1) vs. Broncos (4-8).
