Oops, Mike Milbury did it again. A year after pulling off three trades and tabbing a goaltender No. 1 for the first time in the history of the draft, the Islanders GM acquired two contract headaches -- holdout center Mike Peca from Buffalo and soon-to-be restricted free agent Alexei Yashin from Ottawa over the weekend. Oh yeah, and there was a draft. As expected, Russian winger Ilya Kovalchuk and Canadian center Jason Spezza were selected 1-2.
