War Room: Week 4 previews

Kurt Warner
The unlikeliest of heroes, Kurt Warner could take the Rams to 3-0 against the Bengals on Sunday.

After three weeks of NFL chaos, the only sure thing heading into Week 4 is that Brett Favre won't mount a last-second comeback. The Packers have a bye week. The rest is anybody's guess.

Not only have last year's final four contenders amassed a dismal 1-11 record, but both St. Louis and Oakland are sitting atop their divisions heading into October.

Pandemonium aside, take a good look out west, where preseason favorites Denver and the Jets look to break into the win column at Mile High and Seattle plays host to the Raiders on Sunday Night.

All of which segues into a historic Monday Night Football matchup, as the speedy Dolphins defense tries to keep Doug Flutie and the Bills in check in a prime time early-season pairing of two AFC East contenders in Miami. The rest of Week Four breaks down like this:

  • New Orleans at Chicago
  • Oakland at Seattle
  • NY Jets at Denver
  • New England at Cleveland
  • St. Louis at Cincinnati
  • Kansas City at San Diego
  • Arizona at Dallas
  • Tampa Bay at Minnesota
  • Carolina at Washington
  • Jacksonville at Pittsburgh
  • Baltimore at Atlanta
  • Tennessee at San Francisco
  • Philadelphia at NY Giants
  • Buffalo at Miami
