Americans Get Sixth Sense

| | It wasn't last place, but the U.S. men's water polo team still leaves Sydney not where it wanted to be. The Americans ended their Olympics with a 10-8 loss to Italy to finish in sixth place overall. The United States rallied in the second half to tie the score at 8, but Fabio Bencivenga scored his fifth goal of the game to put Italy ahead for good. Team USA's record was 2-5-1.
