GREENVILLE, South Carolina (Ticker) -- Antti Laaksonen scored with 7:49 remaining to snap a tie as the Boston Bruins remained unbeaten in exhibition play with a 4-3 victory over the Florida Panthers.

Laaksonen, who scored one goal in 11 games with Boston last season, beat goaltender Rich Shulmistra for his first preseason tally and a 4-3 lead.

Scott Mellanby scored the lone goal in the first period and Viktor Kozlov tallied early in the second for Florida before Steve Heinze scored the first of three straight Bruins' goals at 4:21.

Cameron Mann forged a 2-2 tie five minutes later and Heinze tallied again at 3:40 of the third. Oleg Kvasha's unassisted goal at 6:13 made it 3-3.

John Grahame stopped 23 of 26 shots for the Bruins, who scratched captain Ray Bourque and center Jason Allison. Boston is unbeaten in the preseason (3-0-1).

Trevor Kidd made nine saves in the first two periods before Shulmistra took over in the third for the Panthers, who dropped to 0-2-1 in the preseason.

The game drew 6,091 fans to the BI-LO Center, home of the East Coast Hockey League's Greenville Grrrowl.
