Our rankings -- ESPN.com's preseason top 10 and our take on the top five players in the country -- told you why top-ranked and defending NCAA champion Connecticut is favored to repeat, Beth Mowins broke down the top players at each position and ESPN.com's Mechelle Voepel reminded us that even the worst injury can turn out for the better, at least in the case of Shea Ralph and Georgia's Kiesha Brown.
