Marques Tuiasosopo
Washington
Racked up a school-record 509 yards as Washington rallied to beat No. 25 Stanford 35-30. Tuiasosopo completed 19 of 32 passes for 302 yards and a touchdown and ran 22 times for 207 yards and two TDs. He's the first Division I-A player to pass for 300 yards and rush for 200 yards in a game, and the first Husky quarterback to throw for 300 yards in consecutive games since Sonny Sixkiller did it in 1970.

Nevada
Passed for 405 yards and four touchdowns and ran for a score as Nevada defeated North Texas 41-28.
Spencer Romine
Duke
Passed for a career-high 404 yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winner to Scottie Montgomery with 1:42 left, in Duke's 25-22 upset victory over Maryland.
Tim Rattay
Louisiana Tech
Completed 44 of 66 passes for 508 yards and three touchdowns as Louisiana Tech beat Toledo 34-17.
Devin Scott
Temple
Completed 36 of 45 passes for 311 yards and six touchdowns in Temple's 56-28 victory over Rutgers. Scott broke the school records of five TD passes and 32 completions.
UPSET SPECIAL  
Heels tarred by Furman Justin Hill threw two touchdown passes to Des Kitchings and ran for a score as Furman beat North Carolina 28-3. The Paladins got their first victory over a I-A opponent since 1985. The Tar Heels lost their sixth straight and their first ever to a I-AA team.
STREAKING  
Another ship is sunk Jarious Jackson hit Jay Johnson for a 16-yard touchdown with 36 seconds left and Notre Dame extended its NCAA-record winning streak over Navy to 36 games with a 28-24 victory.
RECORD-SETTERS  
Redman's records Chris Redman became the career leader in completions in Division I-A, going 23-of-34 for 224 yards and two touchdowns in Louisville's 23-14 victory over UAB. Redman, who also holds the career attempts mark with 1,587, has 975 completions, 17 more than BYU's Ty Detmer.
Brown paper sack Defensive end Courtney Brown had four sacks, tying a Penn State record, and his 32 career sacks broke Larry Kubin's school record of 30 as No. 2 Penn State defeated Illinois 27-7.
Leader of the Pac Stanford wide receiver Troy Walters caught five passes for 95 yards in a 35-30 loss to Washington, breaking Darrin Nelson's Pac-10 record for career receptions with 224. Walters broke the conference's record for career receiving yards earlier this season.
No ordinary Joe Georgia Tech's Joe Hamilton passed for 212 yards and three touchdowns, giving him 53 on his career, breaking the school record of 51. The No. 7 Yellow Jackets defeated North Carolina State 48-21.
The 600 club Junior Casey Donaldson scored two touchdowns, tying the school career record of 42, and Division III Wittenberg became the first school below Division I to win 600 games by beating Ohio Wesleyan 14-0 on Saturday. Wittenberg (8-0), which has been playing football since 1892, is 600-318-32.
