MIAMI (AP) -- Well, the Miami Heat won't go unbeaten in their new building.

Shareef Abdur-Rahim scored 20 points and made four free throws in the final two minutes as the Vancouver Grizzlies overcame a 15-point deficit Tuesday night to beat Miami 91-87.

"Tonight was a lack of concentration and a lack of effort," said Miami's Alonzo Mourning, who scored a season-low 12 points before fouling out. "A lot of stupid mistakes on my part. In order for us to win, I've got to be out on the court."

Following a 111-103 overtime win over Orlando on Sunday night in the opener at American Airlines Arena, Miami led by 15 points early in the second half against the Grizzlies.

But Vancouver scored the final 13 points of the third quarter to take a 75-69 lead, with Michael Dickerson getting five points during the run.

The Grizzlies, who stopped a four-game losing streak, were 28-of-37 from the free-throw line, including a 13-for-16 performance in the final 5:13. Miami was 9-for-15.

"They just kept fouling us and we kept making free throws," Vancouver coach Lionel Hollins said. "We made them down the stretch and that was the difference."

The Grizzlies, who did not make a field goal in the final 8:36, won for only the second time in 14 road games.

Mike Bibby led Vancouver with 22 points, and Dickerson and Othella Harrington each added 16. Harrington, 10-for-12 from the line, also had 13 rebounds.

Vancouver, 0-17 when allowing 100 points or more, is 7-6 when holding opponents under the century mark.

"We grinded it out," Abdur-Rahim said. "We executed down the stretch."

Jamal Mashburn had 20 points for the Heat, while Anthony Carter had 10 assists.

Mourning, who played 26 minutes, had eight rebounds and five blocks. His replacement, Otis Thorpe, also fouled out.

Abdur-Rahim made two free throws with 1:52 to play to give Vancouver an 83-81 lead, and Bibby made one of two from the line 22 seconds later for a three-point margin.

After a dunk by Miami's P.J. Brown, Abdur-Rahim made two more free throws to give Vancouver an 86-83 advantage with 1:05 remaining. Harrington added two free throws to make it 88-83 with 27.1 seconds left.
