TUCSON, Arizona (Ticker) -- Turner Ward singled home Lenny Harris in the bottom of the 11th inning to give the Arizona Diamondbacks a 5-4 Cactus League victory over a split squad of San Francisco Giants.

Eric Knott capped a stellar effort by the Diamondbacks bullpen, working two scoreless innings for the win. Starter Brian Anderson yielded three runs and four hits in five innings and Jim Corsi was reached for a run in the sixth. But Byung-Hyun Kim, Dan Plesac, Matt Mantei and Knott combined for five shutout innings.

Jay Bell was 3-for-3 with a solo home run and Steve Finley had two hits and an RBI for Arizona.

Livan Hernandez got the start for the Giants and allowed three runs and eight hits in six innings.

Bobby Estalella put San Francisco in front with a two-run homer in the second.
