MESA, Ariz. (AP) _ Sammy Sosa hit his fourth home run of the spring and Shane Andrews added two homers as the Chicago Cubs beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 12-3 on Sunday.

The Diamondbacks took a 2-0 lead off Jon Lieber in the first when Jay Bell hit an RBI triple and scored on Luis Gonzalez's groundout.

The Cubs tied the game in the bottom of the inning when, with one out, Ricky Gutierrez singled and Sosa drove a pitch from Mike Morgan over the left-field wall.

Andrews led off the Chicago fourth with a home run to left. He added a two-run homer in the sixth.

Andrews, who hit five home runs and had 14 RBIs in 19 games for the Cubs last season, is near to clinching third base with the Cubs. He was expected to compete with free agent Willie Greene, but illness and injury has Greene lagging in the contest.

Lieber had the longest outing of a Cubs starting pitcher this spring. He pitched six innings, giving up five hits and two runs. Lieber struck out three and walked none.

Morgan pitched four innings, giving up six hits and three runs, and striking out four.
