TUCSON, Arizona (Ticker) -- Aaron Myette, one of the prized pitching prospects in the White Sox's minor league system, threw two perfect innings in Chicago's 6-5 triumph over a split-squad of Arizona Diamondbacks.

The White Sox got a good look at their future today. The 22-year-old Myette was impressive and highly touted Joe Crede, a 21-year-old third baseman who could earn the starting spot, homered in the 10th inning to snap a 5-5 tie.

James Baldwin started for Chicago and allowed a homer to Erubiel Durazo in the second. Durazo started at first base and batted cleanup while Travis Lee batted sixth and started in right field.

Todd Stottlemyre, attempting to make a complete recovery from a torn rotator cuff without the aid of surgery, allowed one run and two hits over 1 2/3 innings.
