leaving Toronto's contest against the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday
night because of a sore left knee.

Carter, the leading vote-getter for the All-Star Game for the
second straight year, will undergo tests on Wednesday and won't
travel with the Raptors when they play at Atlanta on Wednesday
night.
"My knee has uncomfortable pain right know whenever I drive or
move to the basket," Carter said. "We'll see what the problem
is."
Carter missed Sunday's game against Chicago and didn't practice
last week.
The NBA's fourth-leading scorer has been bothered by "jumper's
knee" since November.
"It's sore," Toronto coach Lenny Wilkens said. "He felt great
on Monday. We'll check it on Wednesday. After his examination we'll
make a decision."
Just before the Tuesday's game, Carter said he couldn't push off
on it. He started the game but left with 8:22 remaining in the
first and didn't return.
Carter hurt the knee during a Nov. 26 game against Chicago after
landing awkwardly after a fadeaway jumper. He missed Toronto's next
five games.
