VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Vin Baker scored 21 points, including a 13-foot jumper at the buzzer that gave the Seattle SuperSonics a 95-94 preseason win over the Vancouver Grizzlies on Wednesday night.

Horace Grant added 16 points and nine rebounds as the Sonics won their fourth straight road game. Seattle won despite playing without point guard Gary Payton, who has a sore back.

Shareef Abdur-Rahim scored 24 points as the Grizzlies lost their second straight home game at the buzzer. On Sunday, Nick Anderson scored with no time left to give Sacramento a 103-101 win.

The Grizzlies overcome a six-point deficit to take a 94-93 lead on Abdur-Rahim's two free throws with 47.7 seconds left.

After Baker missed a shot with five seconds left, the Sonics managed to get the ball back. Following a timeout, Baker grabbed the inbounds pass after it was deflected, turned and hit the winning basket.

Vancouver rookie Obinna Ekezie, filling in for injured center Bryant Reeves, had 14 points and 13 rebounds as the Grizzlies wrapped up their preseason schedule with a 1-7 record.

The Grizzlies, averaging 23.3 turnovers a game in the preseason, made only 10 against Seattle. The Sonics committed 20 turnovers.
