PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The Montreal Expos and Philadelphia Phillies were rained out Monday, the second time in three days they had a game washed out by the weather. Monday's rainout has been rescheduled as a doubleheader with Saturday's postponement on Sept. 11 at 5:05 p.m. That had previously been an off-day for both teams.
