  Naomi delighted the U.S. skating community with her performance at last year's Nationals.  After falling and hitting her head during the short program, she came back to skate a long program that ignited the crowd and earned her the silver medal.
 
  Because Naomi was only 13 at the time, she was not eligible to represent the U.S. at the 1999 World Championships.  Her case sparked a debate about whether the ISU is right to place a minimum age requirement on senior skaters.
