Whoa ... hold on a minute here. The best team in the country is ... Michigan?!?!

Yes, at least according to ESPN.com users. Michigan upset USC in the championship matchup of the Bowl Replacement Series, Presented by Page 2, capturing nearly 58 percent of the vote.

It begs the question: If USC is so good that it should be included in the BCS championship game in the Sugar Bowl, as everyone seems to think, how come our users feel Michigan is the better team? And what will happen when the two teams play for real on Jan. 1 in the Rose Bowl?
