BOSTON (AP) _ Paul Coffey scored the winning goal midway though the third period as the Boston Bruins beat the Florida Panthers 4-3 in an exhibition game Thursday night. Brian Rolston added two goals, and former North Dakota star Lee Goren also scored to help the Bruins improve to 5-2-0 in the preseason. Joe Thornton and Sergei Samsonov, who both ended their contract holdouts Tuesday, each added an assist. Peter Worrell had two goals for Florida, and Denis Shvidki also scored for the Panthers (5-1-1). Byron Dafoe made 18 saves for Boston, and Trevor Kidd stopped 39 shots for Florida.
