| | Marshall Faulk and the Rams are on pace to break a number of NFL records. | It's already been a memorable season in terms of NFL records with Vikings kicker Gary Anderson becoming the league's all-time leading scorer and Bengals running back Corey Dillon setting the single-game rushing record two weeks ago against the Broncos.
No one dislikes projections as much as myself. But as the NFL reaches the halfway point, it's interesting to note that that there are a number of teams and players that are in position to perhaps make a run at some of the league's single-season records.
While you may think the Rams and their skill players dominate this list, they are far from the only club and individual having impressive campaigns.
Keep in mind that most teams have played only eight games (a handful of clubs have played nine), so teams and/or individuals have seven or eight games remaining to reach these
marks.
