AUBURN, Alabama (Ticker) -- Tasha Hamilton scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and Lori Nero added 20 points, leading No. 18 Auburn to a 70-55 victory over Indiana Purdue.

Despite losing last year's leading scorer and rebounder, Le'Coe Williamson, who is sitting out the season by mutual agreement with coach Joe Ciampi, the Lady Tigers (4-0) continue to roll. The Lady Tigers have won their first four games by an average of 27.5 points.

LaRita Spencer added 10 points, six assists and six steals for the Lady Tigers, who scored 23 points off 28 Indiana Purdue turnovers.

Angie Watt and Amber Holle led Indiana Purdue (0-3) with 18 points apiece and Tiffany Kyser added 10 points.

The Lady Tigers used their strong inside game to overpower IUPUI, scoring 38 points in the paint and 17 on offensive rebounds.

Hamilton scored five points and Nero scored four in a 20-2 run midway through the first half that gave the Lady Tigers a 62-41 lead with 6:17 left and the game was never close after that.
