SPRINGFIELD, Missouri (Ticker) -- Jackie Stiles continued where she left off last season with 33 points and No. 21 Southwest Missouri State opened its season with a 97-34 victory over Arkansas-Little Rock.

Stiles averaged 28 points last to lead the nation in scoring. She needs 752 points to break the NCAA career scoring record of 3,122 points held by Mississipp Valley State's Paricia Haskins (1985-89).

Carly Deer collected 11 points and 10 rebounds and Eric Vincent and Tara Mitchem each added 10 points for the Lady Bears.

Muci Harris had 13 points to lead the Lady Trojans.
