BOULDER, Colo. (AP) -- Britt Hartshorn scored 19 points and Jenny Roulier added 18 Tuesday night as Colorado took advantage of foul troubles to upset Illinois 78-70. Illinois (No. 20 ESPN/USA Today, No. 17 AP) was called for 25 fouls and Colorado (5-4) had a 22-4 edge in free throws. Colorado led 45-32 at halftime lead, making 5-of-9 from 3-point range. Two starters for Illinois (9-4), forward Tauja Catchings and center Susan Blauser, fouled out in the last few minutes of the game after combining for 21 points. Allison Curtin led Illinois' scoring with 18 and Kristi Faulkner added 10. Other scorers in double figures for Colorado were Mandy Nightingale with 13 and Kami Carmann with 10. Colorado also held a 51-37 advantage in rebounds.
