CHESTNUT HILL, Massachusetts (Ticker) -- Alissa Murphy scored 18 of her 23 points in a big first half as 25th-ranked Boston College coasted to a 88-52 victory over Dartmouth.

Sparked by Murphy's big first half, Boston College (7-3) opened a 53-29 advantage. Murphy connected on 9-of-11 shots and also pulled down 11 rebounds.

Katherine Hanks was the only player in double figures for Dartmouth (4-2) with 20 points. The Big Green had a four-game winning streak stopped in their first meeting against a ranked opponent this season.

Becky Gottstein added 17 points and nine rebounds and Cal Bouchard collected 13 points for the Eagles, who won their season-high third straight game.

Boston College shot 57 percent (37-of-65), while holding the Big Green to 33 percent (17-of-52). The Eagles also garnered a commanding 39-22 rebounding advantage.
