ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Reserve center Shala Crawford enjoyed a career night against overmatched Hampton.

Crawford had a career-high 13 points and grab a career-high 15 rebounds in No. 5 Georgia's 107-46 rout of Hampton.

"This game meant a lot because of the way we played our last game here. I didn't want people to underestimate what we can do," Crawford said.

A week ago, Georgia lost its Southeastern Conference opener to Louisiana State, 80-74.

Crawford is a junior college transfer adjusting to major college basketball.

"She gets better with every game," said her coach, Andy Landers.

Crawford does not expect to move into the starting lineup soon, given that sophomore center Tawana McDonald led Georgia (10-1) with 21 points.

Kelly Miller added 18 points and Coco Miller had 16 for Georgia (10-1). Felicia Bryant led Hampton (2-3) with 12. Georgia jumped to a 16-2 lead, with Kelly Miller hitting three 3-pointers. Hampton had five turnovers during that stretch.

Hampton shot 26 percent from the field, including a 2-for-18 performance from 3-point range. The Lady Pirates turned the ball over 32 times, leading to 41 of Georgia's points.
