DURHAM, North Carolina (Ticker) -- Georgia Schweitzer scored 10 of her 16 points in a lopsided first half Saturday as 25th-ranked Duke cruised into the championship game of the Duke Women's Basketball Classic with a 93-38 rout of winless Florida A&M.

Michele Matyasovsky added 14 points, seven rebounds and three assists for Duke (3-1), which will play No. 8 Penn State in Sunday's final. The Blue Devils have won the last seven Duke Classics.

Lauren Rice's jumper with 16:12 left in the first half put Duke ahead for good, 4-2, and sparked an 8-0 run. Schweitzer had two steals and four points during an 11-2 spurt that opened a 21-7 cushion midway through the first half.

After Akita Heatly halted that burst with a jumper for Florida A&M (0-3), the Blue Devils closed the half with a 28-4 surge and went to the locker room ahead, 49-13. They shot 49 percent from the field while scoring 32 points off 19 Florida A&M turnovers.

The margin never dipped below 34 points in the second half and Duke opened its largest lead, 93-36, on a free throw by Krista Gingrich with 1:19 to play.

Peppi Browne had 11 points and five assists in 20 minutes for Duke. Gingrich, Rice and Schweitzer each had four of Duke's 23 steals, and the Blue Devils had assists on 27 of their 33 field goals.

Phaedra Mashburn scored seven points to lead the Rattlerettes, who reached the NCAA Tournament last season.
