2. Cosey Coleman 6-5, 315 Tennessee Vols had just 216 yards offense, 10 first downs.
3. Semisi Heimuli 6-2, 303 Texas A&M A&M's offense held to to just three field goals.
4. Rob Ritti 6-3, 285 Missouri Tigers held to just 25 yards rushing, 174 yards offense.
5. Jason Whitaker 6-5, 300 Florida State FSU offense scored 7 TDs in 7 minutes.

5. LaVar Arrington 6-3, 230 Penn State Held to 2 tackles vs. Indiana.
 
Bednarik -- Outstanding Defensive Player

1. Corey Moore DE Virginia Tech Had 2 sacks, forced fumble, returned for TD.
2. Na'il Diggs LB Ohio State Has 38 tackles in '99.
3. Tyrone Carter SS Minnesota Gophers lead Big Ten in total yards allowed per game (174).
4. Dwayne Goodrich CB Tennessee Acrobatic INT vs. Memphis one of top highlights of '99.
5. LaVar Arrington LB Penn State Has 19 tackles, 1 INT in '99.
