By now, most everyone knows Joe Paterno is just one win away from tying Bear Bryant for most victories by a major college coach. But here are a few things you may not have known about Paterno's legendary career.

Note: All stats and records do not include the 2001 season.

Undefeated seasons: 1968, 1969, 1973, 1986, 1994.
Big Ten Championship: 1994 (def. Oregon, 38-20, in Rose Bowl).
