MONROE, Louisiana (Ticker) -- Andy Chance threw a touchdown pass and Justin Mink kicked a field goal to lift Louisiana-Monroe to a 10-0 victory over Middle Tennessee.

Chance completed 23-of-37 passes for 164 yards and one interception for Louisiana-Monroe (4-5), which has consecutive wins following a three-game losing streak. He also led the Indians with 57 yards on 17 carries.

Sean Brown's 17-yard reception gave Louisiana-Monroe a 7-0 lead with 8:22 left in the second quarter. Mink kicked a 26-yard field goal as time expired in the first half.

Wes Counts was 17-of-33 for 158 yards and an interception for Middle Tennessee (1-7), which lost its fifth straight game and was shut out for the first time this season.

Kelverrick Green had 64 yards on 13 rushes for the Blue Raiders, who are in their first season in Division I-A.
