NEW YORK (AP) _ Brad Wilford threw two touchdown passes and also ran for a score as Harvard held off winless Fordham 37-30 on Saturday. Wilford was 19-of-30 for 220 yards with one interception for the Crimson (3-2), who led 34-3 at halftime. Matt Georgia was 36-of-64 for 383 and three TDs for Fordham (0-6) and Brian Colsant added field goals of 18, 31 and 32 yards. Harvard built a 21-0 first-quarter lead on Wilford's 21-yard pass to Andy Fried at 10:04, Terrence Patterson's 55-yard punt return at 7:02 and Wilford's 23-yard run at 5:05. Chris Menick's 4-yard run with 8:10 left in the half and Wilford's 5-yard pass to Patterson with 31 seconds to go gave Harvard a 31-point halftime lead. Georgia completed TD passes of 14 yards to Jim Walls at 13:22 of the third quarter, 4 yards to Gerry McDermott at 3:40 of the third and 31 yards to Kendal Creer with 4:09 to play as Fordham sliced into the Crimson lead.
