PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ Chris Boden was 33-for-43 passing for a school-record 424 yards to lead Villanova to a 34-6 victory over Pennsylvania on Saturday in the first meeting of the schools since 1980.

Villanova (3-1) had 509 yards of total offense, moving the ball with ease while the Quakers struggled, producing only 215 yards of total offense.

Villanova wide receiver Murle Sango caught 10 passes for 125 yards.

Gavin Hoffman was 14-of-28 passing for 108 yards for Penn (1-1), while Kris Ryan rushed for 81 yards on 12 carries and Travis Belden had two interceptions. Penn's Jason Feinberg was 2-for-4 on field goal attempts, connecting from 28 and 45 yards.

After scoring first with a Casey Hannon field goal five minutes into the game, Villanova made it 10-0 when Boden found Brian White in the end zone with 14:06 left in the first half. The pass capped a drive in which Boden moved Villanova 87 yards on three straight passes, and Villanova never looked back.

Brian White and Luke Stopper each caught touchdown passes for Villanova, and Ramond Jones added one on the ground.
