CHARLESTON, Ill. (AP) _ Redshirt freshman Tony Romo came off the bench in his first college game to throw two touchdown passes Saturday and Eastern Illinois outscored Tennessee-Martin 21-0 in the second half for a 42-21 victory. The Panthers (1-3, 1-0 Ohio Valley) never trailed. But the Skyhawks (1-3, 0-2) stayed with them in the first half as freshman Edward Robinson threw for two touchdowns, a 5-yarder to Gary Rapp and a 52-yarder to Rory Redmond. Robinson finished 16-of-29 for 224 yards, with no interceptions. He was sacked three times. Eastern's Romo took over in the second quarter for injured starter Anthony Buich. Romo hit Rank Cutolo with a 33-yard TD pass in the second quarter, then found Paul Massat with a 16-yard scoring toss in the third to put the Panthers ahead for good, 28-21. Martin's Tim Beattie had 19 carries for 126 yards and one TD, while Eastern's Jabarey McDavid had 179 yards on 21 carries.
