CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) _ Craig Cummings rushed for three touchdowns Saturday night to lead Delaware to a 26-16 victory over The Citadel. Cummings scored in each of the first three quarters, racking up 89 rushing yards on 15 carries for the Blue Hens (2-0). His 12-yard score in the first quarter put Delaware up 7-3. He followed that up with a second-quarter touchdown from three yards out, but the extra-point attempt failed, leaving Delaware with a 13-3 lead. Cummings' final score was a 7-yard run in the third quarter. Butter Pressey's 40-yard scoring run was the final touchdown for the Blue Hens. Deon Jackson scored the only offensive touchdown for The Citadel on a 1-yard run in the second quarter. The Bulldogs' only other touchdown came when Travis Cunningham fell on fumble in the Delaware end zone. Citadel's Nate Hass scored the game's first points with a 31-yard field goal.
