Blazers playbook: Rasheed Wallace
Coach's Edge

Having evened the series at 1 in Los Angeles, the Blazers were in perfect position. But the Lakers came from behind in Game 3 and took Game 4. One thing to watch as the series heads back to Portland is Rasheed Wallace, who has a significant advantage over A.C. Green at the power forward spot. But Green is not green. He's in his 15th season, and he already has two Championship rings.

ANIMATE THIS PLAY DIAGRAM WITH SHOCKWAVE
(A) Against the Lakers, Portland is trying to exploit the Rasheed Wallace (30) vs. A.C. Green (45) matchup. So far, the Blazers have had mixed results. The action begins here with Wallace part of a double screen for Steve Smith (8) on the baseline.
(B) As is often the case, the screener is the most dangerous guy on the floor. Here, Arvydas Sabonis (11) screens the screener -- Wallace (30), and Rasheed steps out to knock down the jumper.
