Associated Press HOUSTON (AP) -- The Houston Rockets have agreed to terms with their two picks from the June NBA Draft, a Houston television station reported Saturday night. KRIV-TV said Houston has reached an agreement with first-round choice Jason Collier of Georgia Tech and second-round pick Dan Langhi of Vanderbilt. Collier, a 7-foot forward/center, agreed to a a three-year deal with an option for a fourth, the station said. The amount was not disclosed, but under the NBA's rookie salary scale he must be paid within 20 percent of $992,000. Langhi, a 6-11 forward and last year's Southeastern Conference player of the year, made an oral agreement for one year with an option for another, Langhi's agent Bill Duffy told the station. Houston traded ninth pick Joel Przybilla to Milwaukee for Collier, the 15th pick, and a future first-rounder on draft day. The Rockets got Langhi in another draft-day deal that sent Eduardo Najera and a future second-round pick to Dallas. Rockets officials were unavailable Saturday night for comment. | ALSO SEE Status of NBA first-round draft picks |
