Transferred to Cincinnati after playing two years at Indiana Hills Community College. At Nike Desert Classic, named to all-tournament team after averaging 14.7 ppg, second-best in tournament. Shot 56 percent from the field and also grabbed 4.7 rpg. College highlights at Cincinnati As a senior, was a First Team All-Conference USA selection for second consecutive season. Became the third player in conference history to earn back-to-back Player of the Week honors, averaging 18.3 points, and 10.3 rebounds in three wins for the period ending January 2, 2000. Followed that with a 21-point average in two games the following week. Averaged 15.5 points in NCAA Tournament. Served as co-captain. As a junior, earned First Team All-Conference honors by leading Bearcats in scoring (14.9 ppg), rebounding (7.2) and steals (51). Also led team and conference in field goal percentage (.583).
