College highlights at Purdue
As a fifth-year senior, led Purdue in scoring (13.9 ppg), defensive rebounds (142), steals (65), and free throws made (130) on his way to Second Team All-Big Ten honors and a spot on the NABC All-District Second Team. Capped season by leading Purdue to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament and being named to the 2000 West Regional All-Tournament Team. In the Maui Invitational Tournament, tallied 50 points, 28 rebounds, seven assists, and six steals in three games, earning All-Tournament Team honors. Scored 20-plus points six times and grabbed 10-plus rebounds on 10 occasions. Recorded five double-doubles. Hit all 12 free throw attempts (fourth best in school history) in a 19-point, six-rebound performance vs. Northwestern.

As a junior, recorded a team-leading 78 steals to become Purdue's all-time leader in career steals with 194. Also dished out a team-high 82 assists. Started all 34 games and averaged 11.4 ppg and 5.5 rpg, earning Third Team All-Big Ten honors from conference coaches. Had career game vs. Michigan in Big Ten Tournament, pouring in a career-high 33 points (including career-best five three-pointers) to go with nine rebounds, four assists, and three steals.

As a sophomore, was named Third Team All-Big Ten by the coaches and media. Played in a school-record 36 games, led team in steals with 65 and was second in three-point field-goal percentage (.429) and fourth in field-goal percentage (.509). Scored in double figures 26 times. Averaged 12.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 steals, and 3.0 assists and shot 9-for-11 (.818) from the foul line in the 1998 NCAA Tournament.

As a freshman, won the team's Ray Eddy Mr. Hustle and Courage Awards. Was one of three players to start all 30 and finished as team's third-leading scorer (10.6) and second-leading rebounder (6.1 rpg).

Sat out the 1995-96 season as a redshirt.
