Camp question
Can this team, under new coach Eric Musselman, find any semblance of chemistry that it has lacked for a league-high eight consecutive seasons in which it has missed the playoffs? With Antawn Jamison, Jason Richardson and rookie Mike Dunleavy, it has talent. Musselman must find a way to put it together.

Camp project
The experiment with Larry Hughes at point guard failed last season. Hughes is in Washington after being allowed to leave via free agency, and now Gilbert Arenas will be given a shot at running the team right from the start. If he can't seem to handle it, perhaps it will go back to Bob Sura.

FANTASY GAMES KEY CAMPER
Who to watch: On the streets, Rafer Alston has been known as a legend. In the NBA, he's been disappointing. George Karl loved this quick point guard but couldn't play him over Sam Cassell. Now Alston enters a job fight where Gilbert Arenas and Steve Logan are the main comp. Watch who gets the nod as starter, as Alston could be a big steals guy.

Camp comeback
Jamison, whose monster contract kicks in this season, with a first-year salary of $10.6 million, must prove that he is worth the money the team shelled out for what it thought was a franchise-type player. The presence of Dunleavy should help.

Camp controversy
Jamison is sure to be moved to power forward, and even before training camp has begun, a war of words has started between Jamison and Danny Fortson, who is not willing to give up the spot. Fortson is one of the top rebounders in the league, so he may have a point, but the issue needs to be resolved decisively.
