TORONTO (AP) _ Vince Carter scored 33 points as the Toronto Raptors beat the Indiana Pacers 91-80 in an exhibition game Monday night. Kevin Willis had 14 points and nine rebounds for Toronto. Rookie center Garth Joseph scored eight points and grabbed six rebounds in just 13 minutes. Indiana pulled within three points twice in the final five minutes. Toronto countered the Pacers' first comeback with six consecutive points. The Raptors stopped another Indiana rally when Carter scored six straight points with under two minutes remaining. Austin Croshere shot 13-of-18 from the line and finished with a team-best 22 points. Travis Best added 19 for Indiana. Former Raptors general manager and current Pacers coach Isiah Thomas was booed each time he appeared on the scoreboard. Thomas was in Toronto for the first time since leaving the team in 1997.
