Virginia Tech signed promising forward Deron Washington of Ft. Washington-National Christian Academy, Md., over Pittsburgh, Charlotte and Richmond.

Guard Garrett Temple of Baton Rouge-University, La., signed with the LSU Tigers.

Providence signed guard Jajuan Robinson of Baltimore, Md/Pickens-Prince Avenue Prep, SC.

Top 100 forward Davis Nwankwo of College Park-Georgetown Prep, Md., will delay making a decision between Arizona, Stanford and Miami-Florida until spring.

Baylor signed its second foreign prospect in guard Aaron Bruce of Horsham, Victoria, Australia, and added sophomore forward Tim Bush of New Orleans-Shaw, La., who transfered from LSU.

Marquette has a commitment from forward/center Ousmane Barro of Senegal/Chicago-Julian, Ill., over UNLV and Iowa State.
