Saint Louis has pledged Class 2003 center/forward Tom Frericks of Bowling Green-Greenwood, Kty/UAB/Chipola CC, Fla.
Mississippi pledged Class 2003 guard Ed Glass of St. Louis, Mo/Kaskaskia CC, Ill.
Class 2003 guard Darius Harper of Lewisville-Hebron, Tex., pledged to Boise State. He is the son of former NBA star Derek Harper.
Sophomores Mickey Michalec, a center from Skiatook, Okla; and guard Nathan Doudney of Rockwall, Tex., are transfering from Texas Tech.
Junior starting guard and leading scorer Sharif Chambliss of Racine, Wis., is transfering from Penn State to Wisconsin. He will redshirt next season.
Reserve freshman guard Bam Harmon of The Colony, Tex., has been granted his requested release from Rhode Island.
