Oklahoma has added Top 150 defensive lineman Alonzo Dotson of Alief-Hastings, Tex., over Colorado, Texas, Arkansas and UCLA, among many others.
The USC Trojans have pledges from Top 150 defensive lineman Sedric Ellis of Chino, Cal., over LSU, Oklahoma, Oregon and UCLA; and Super Prospect defensive back Terrell Thomas of Rancho Cucamonga, Cal., over Oregon State, Washington and Washington State.
Top 150 defensive lineman Richard Cook of Tignall/Washington-Wilkes, Ga., picked Georgia over Auburn, Florida State, Maryland, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Super Prospect dffensive lineman Stanley McClover of Fort Lauderdale-Dillard, Fla., committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes over Auburn, Florida, LSU, Miami-Florida, North Carolina State, Tennessee and Michigan State.
The Florida Gators have verbals from two Super Prospects in defensive lineman/tight end D.J. Norris of Pace, Fla., over interest from LSU, Tennessee, Florida State and Georgia Tech; and running back Skyler Thornton of LaGrange, Ga., over Arkansas, Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma State and Georgia. The early football signing period for mid-year qualifiers is Dec. 18-Jan 15. The spring period is Feb. 5-Apr. 1. Search the list of Prospects/Commitments/Signings/By Conference. Oklahoma, Texas, LSU, USC, Georgia, Michigan, Miami-Florida, South Carolina, Notre Dame and Florida head the Early Top Classes.

Baylor gained defensive back C.J. Wilson of Terrell, Tex.
Defensive back Ricky Coxeff of Galena Park-North Shore, Tex., is headed to Oklahoma State over Arizona, Mississippi State and Wisconsin. The Cowboys also gained receiver Eryk Allen of Colorado Springs-Palmer, Colo., over Colorado State, Wyoming and New Mexico State. Quarterback Kevin Kolb of Stephenville, Tex., decommitted from Oklahoma State for Houston.

Running back Reggie Davis of Tallahassee-Godby, Fla., picked North Carolina State over Boston College and Indiana. Offensive lineman Derek Morris of Huntersville-North Meckenberg, NC., is among seven early signees for the Wolfpack. Considered a Top 150 prospect in Class 2002, he chose Ohio State, but was released from scholarship.

South Carolina pledged tight end/defensive lineman David Laggis of Conyers-Heritage, Ga., over offers from Middle Tennessee State and East Carolina.
Arkansas gained tight end Mason Templeton of Burnet, Tex.
Mississippi added linebacker Patrick Willis of Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central, Tenn., over interest from Memphis and Mississippi State; and defensive lineman/tight end Robert Hough of Jackson-Provine, Miss.
Vanderbilt has a reported verbal from tight end Nick Brigham of Batesburg-Leesville, SC.
Offensive lineman Chris Yoder of Kingwood, Tex., decommitted from LSU for Texas A&M.
Mississippi State pledged offensive lineman David Price of Jacksonville-Mandarin, Fla. The Bulldogs signed defensive back David Heard of Vicksburg, Miss., and defensive back Chris Swain of Stone Mountain-Redan, Ga/Jones CC, Miss.

Southern Mississippi gained defensive lineman Jonathan Landor of Lacombe-Fontainebleau, La., over Memphis.
Tulane has its 17th commitment in defensive back Jemarcus Smith of Destrehan, La.
Louisville pledged quarterback Preston Smith of Sandersville-Washington County, Ga; and linebacker Willie Johnson of Tallahassee-Lincoln, Fla.
Memphis gained verbals from receiver Bobby Good of Orlando-Lake Highland, Fla., and linebacker Jarren Humphrey of Huntsville-Grissom, Ala. The Tigers signed four prospects, including touted quarterback Bobby Robison of NW Mississippi CC, Miss; offensive lineman Bobby Garafolo of Mt. San Antonio CC, Cal; offensive lineman Jason Matthews of NE Mississippi CC, Miss; and receiver Chris Kelley of NE Mississippi CC, Miss. Robison, who passed for 43 touchdowns and more than 4,000 yards in two seasons, also drew interest from Florida State, Oregon State and Colorado.
