The following is the schedule for the 2003 FIBA Americas Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament, which will be played at Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Thursday, August 21
Uruguay vs. Argentina, 2:30 p.m.; Brazil vs. Virgin Islands, 5 p.m.; Puerto Rico vs. Canada, 7:30 p.m.; United States vs. Dominican Republic, 10 p.m.
Friday, August 22

Second Round Games
The top four finishing teams from the two preliminary round groups advance to the second round where they form one group of eight teams. The eight teams advancing transfer the points scored in all the games played between the advancing teams (exclude results versus the fifth-place team). Each team will play the other four teams they have not previously played. Teams finishing in fifth place shall conclude their participation in this tournament.

Semifinal Games
The first four teams placed by addition of points and FIBA classification will move to the semifinals. The last four placed teams will end their participation and will be classified in their respective positions for the record.
