Ronning makes third move since March

Associated Press

TORONTO -- The Minnesota Wild acquired left wing Cliff Ronning from the Los Angeles Kings at the NHL draft on Saturday.

The Wild traded their fourth-round selection in the draft to Los Angeles.

Ronning will play for his third club since March. He was dealt from the Nashville Predators to the Kings on March 16 for defenseman Jere Karalahti. Ronning scored 19 goals and 54 points in 81 games last season, including a goal and five points in 14 games with the Kings.

In a separate deal, the Wild traded goalie Jamie McLennan, who spent all of last season in the minors, to Calgary for a ninth-round pick.
