CHICAGO (AP) -- The only team in the NHL without a road
win now has one, thanks to Alexander Selivanov.
Selivanov scored four goals and also had an assist as the
Edmonton Oilers beat the Chicago Blackhawks 6-3 Sunday night.

Selivanov has 14 goals, tying him with Pittsburgh's Jaromir Jagr
for the league lead.
"I feel special tonight," Selivanov said. "I feel great. I'm
very happy we won our first game on the road ... and I scored four
goals."
Selivanov recorded his first NHL hat trick last February after
coming to the Oilers in a trade from Tampa Bay.
"I've played with some great goal scorers and I think he's more
of a natural goal scorer than any of them," said Edmonton center
Doug Weight, who had three assists. "If he's in front of the net and you put the puck on his stick, it's in the net."
Selivanov scored on four of his five shots to help the Oilers end an eight-game road winless streak (0-6-2). Janne Niinimaa and Todd Marchant also scored for Edmonton, which got a 34-save effort from goaltender Tommy Salo.
"We could have won every road game we played," Weight said. "But this helps."
After getting Edmonton's first goal midway through the first period, Selivanov scored a pair of power-play goals 2:15 apart early in the second period to give Edmonton a 5-1 lead.
The power-play goals were the first allowed by the Blackhawks in 10 games. During that span, Chicago killed 31 straight chances.
Tony Amonte, Michael Nylander and Blair Atcheynum scored for the Blackhawks, who fell to 1-7-3 at the United Center. Amonte opened
the scoring 1:50 into the game, but the Oilers came back to take a 3-1 lead after the first period.
"We had our first win (at home Friday), a good practice and
came out and scored the first goal," Chicago coach Lorne Molleken
said. "We should have had it, but then the intensity and emotions
go down and the Oilers take over the hockey game."
Selivanov tied it 1-1 at 8:13 on a rebound of Weight's shot.
Niinimaa made it 2-1 with 1:05 left in the period after taking a
perfect cross-ice feed from Ryan Smyth.
Marchant gave the Oilers a 3-1 advantage 35 seconds later by banging in a rebound. Selivanov scored his power-play goals at 1:22 and 3:37 of the second period to complete his hat trick and extend Edmonton's lead to 5-1.
Nylander, playing his first game with Chicago since arriving in a trade from Tampa Bay, made it 5-2 at 4:26 of the period. Atcheynum cut it to 5-3 on a deflection with 7:31 left in the second period.
Selivanov one-timed a pass from Weight for his fourth goal at 7:37 of the third period to make it 6-3.
