SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Owen Nolan and Vincent Damphousse each had a goal and two assists Monday night, lifting San Jose to a comeback 5-3 victory over Calgary. The Flames took an early 2-0 lead, but the Sharks tied the game by the end of the first period. Damphousse then gave San Jose a 3-2 lead at 3:35 of the second when he scored from the right circle on a rebound. Nolan got his 41st goal at 16:49 of the second period when he rebounded his own shot and scored from close range. Damphousse had an assist. San Jose's Patrick Marleau followed with a breakaway goal on Calgary goalie Grant Fuhr at 19:04. Damphousse and Nolan each assisted, and Nolan now has 81 points, a franchise record, beating the previous mark of 78 by Kelly Kisio in the 1992-93 season. Calgary began very aggressively, and successfully, outshooting the Sharks 12-2 and taking a 2-0 lead in the first 6:37. Jarome Iginla scored both Flames goals. The first came on a power play at 4:34 on a backhander from 12 feet, and the second was from the right circle. The goals were Iginla's 25th and 26th. San Jose then became more aggressive, outshooting the Flames 10-4 the rest of the period and finishing the game with a 36-31 edge. The Sharks cut the Calgary lead in half at 11:25, when Niklas Sundstrom scored from point-blank range after a pass from Mike Ricci. The Sharks tied the game 46 seconds before the end of the first period. Marco Sturm picked up a loose puck after Fuhr rejected Marcus Ragnarsson's shot and scored from in close. Nolan got an assist.
