Draft Dilemma: Top WR prospect not named Warrick?

OK, forget the "slow" 40 time of Peter Warrick. We've seen what he can do on the field, so don't even think about making a case for another receiver being a better prospect than the Florida State phenom.

Warrick tops a list of talented wideouts that runs deep for this year's NFL draft. If your team needs a receiver but can't get Warrick, you're still in luck. But who do you take?

Look over the candidates below, then vote in the poll on the right.

Every week until Draft Day (April 15 in New York City), ESPN.com will let you play general manager in an intriguing draft pick predicament.

Other than Peter Warrick, who's the best wide receiver prospect?

Plaxico Burress

BURRESS

Year: Junior
Height: 6-5

Didn't thrill scouts with 40 times in the mid-4.5s, but who needs Moss-like speed when you've got Moss-like size? More like Herman Moore than Moss.

Travis Taylor

Stock has risen faster than any other receiver since scouting combine. Clocked between 4.40 and 4.43 in 40. Had 11 catches for 156 yards and three TDs in Citrus Bowl.

R. Jay Soward

SOWARD

Year: Senior

Little man with big-play ability. Ran impressive 40 at combine with time of 4.37. Next to Warrick, may be most explosive WR and best return man.

Dez White

DEZ
WHITE

Year: Junior
Height: 6-1
Weight: 218
College: Georgia Tech

Possesses the pro scout trifecta: Size, speed and knack for the sensational catch. Ran in the low 4.3s. Tied for Tech's all-time TD catch mark with 14.

JERRY
PORTER

Year: Senior
Height: 6-2
Weight: 221
College: West Virginia

An ex-DB who converted to WR and played emergency QB last season. Clocked as fast as 4.55 in the 40. Showed quick-strike ability in Carquest Bowl with pair of TD catches, including a 74-yarder.

SYLVESTER
MORRIS

Year: Senior
Height: 6-3
Weight: 216
College: Jackson State

Raw talent from Walter Payton's alma mater. Said to have run as fast as 4.34 in the 40 but was clocked in 4.61 at the combine. Still, has perfect size -- and soft hands -- for today's big-wideout world.
