EVANSVILLE, Indiana (Ticker) -- Jackie Stiles scored 41 points
as No. 14 Southwest Missouri State rolled to a 90-67 victory
over Evansville in a Missouri Valley Conference game. Stiles went 13-of-23 from the field and 11-of-11 from the free-throw line for Southwest Missouri State (11-3, 5-1 MVC), which shot 55 percent from the floor (32-of-58). A Roberts Stadium crowd of 2,104 -- a record for a women's game -- watched the Bears grab a 38-28 lead at halftime. They hit 15-of-25 shots from the field (60 percent) over the final 20 minutes. Tara Mitchem scored 14 points and Erika Vicente and Erika Rante each had 10 for SW Missouri State, which has won four straight games. Lisa Eckart had 28 points and nine rebounds for Evansville (7-6, 3-2), which shot 37 percent (25-of-67) and lost for the second time in seven games.
