HARRISONBURG, Virginia (Ticker) -- Chantelle Anderson matched her career high with 29 points in 29 minutes to lead No. 23 Vanderbilt past James Madison, 81-59. James Madison cut the deficit to two points on a jumper by Stacey Todd with 10:32 left in the first half before Anderson converted a three-point play. Vanderbilt held a to a 37-32 lead at the break and maintained control thereafter. The Commodores (5-1) dressed just eight players but received double-digit scoring from half of them. Zuzana Klimesova added 13 points for Vanderbilt, which shot 53 percent (15-of-28) in the first half. James Madison (3-3) scored only 27 points in the second half. Nadine Morgan scored 18 points for the Dukes (3-3), who made just 9-for-35 shots after halftime and shot 31 percent (23-of-72) overall.
