SANTA BARBARA, California (Ticker) -- Kayte Christensen scored 14 points to lead four players in double figures as 21st-ranked Santa Barbara cruised to its fourth win in five games, 77-53 over Southern California.

Christensen shot 6-of-8 from the floor and helped the Gauchos shoot 67 percent (16-of-24) in the second half and 59 percent (30-of-51) overall. Santa Barbara (7-3) outscored USC, 46-28, in the second half and held the Women of Troy to 23 percent (9-of-39) in the final 20 minutes.

Kristi Rohr, Erin Buescher and Nicole Greathouse scored 10 points apiece for Santa Barbara.

USC (5-3) shot just 26 percent (17-of-65) overall and was dealt its second loss in four games. It does not get easier for the Women of Troy, who battle Big East Conference foes Notre Dame and Rutgers on their three-game road trip.

Danielle Golay paced USC with 17 points and seven rebounds and Tiffany Elmore added 12 points.
