LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- A long break did not hurt the Lady Bulldogs' game, but it certainly did a lot for Deanna Nolan.

"It's the best I've seen her play, but it's what she is capable of every night," Georgia coach Andy Landers said after watching Nolan's 25 points spark the fifth-ranked Lady Bulldogs in the opening game of the Beach Classic.

Georgia leveled Ohio State 91-59 with Nolan nearly tripling her scoring average as the Lady Bulldogs (12-1) won their fifth straight game and improved to 6-0 on the road. The Buckeyes (6-3) were led by LaToya Turner's 13 points.

Michaela Moua added 12 before fouling out early in the second half.

The game was Georgia's first in a week, a possible reason for a sluggish first half which ended with the Bulldogs being pressed by the Buckeyes.

"If anything, we were a little too fresh," Landers said.

Nolan, who brought a 9.4-point average into the game, scored all but one of the points as Georgia took a 9-2 lead.

She ended the first half with 12 points, adding two late baskets as the Lady Bulldogs, fighting off an Ohio State surge that had knotted the game at 26, took a 34-31 lead into intermission.

That was as close as Ohio State got to the quick Lady Bulldogs, who pulled away with a 57-point second half as the Miller twins _ Kelly and Coco -- combined for 20 points after being held to six in the first half.

Coco finished with 15 points, one more than her sister.

Georgia's 12 wins have been by an average margin of 24 points.
